How route coverage works

Route service runs in 25 Canadian metros, and that density is what sets the rate: a building sitting between existing stops carries a fraction of the travel cost of a dedicated trip. Each city page lists the districts on our route days and the sectors that drive demand there, because a downtown tower with dock-window access and a suburban campus with direct entry are different service problems even inside the same city. Outside these metros we run scheduled supply coordinated with your existing freight instead of route visits. Multi-city portfolios stay on one contract with per-site logs, per-washroom frequencies and one consolidated invoice.

Getting a quote for a site on this map

Pricing for any address here comes from four inputs: the number of toilet stalls needing a covered bin, the service frequency those washrooms actually require, how close the building sits to an existing route day, and the access rules that govern when a technician can work. The first two you can estimate from the quote form in about three minutes; the second two we confirm on a free site walk. Sites already between existing stops price noticeably better than isolated ones, which is why the city pages list route districts rather than just naming the metro. If your address is not on a listed district, say so on the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether it rides an existing day or needs scheduled supply instead.

What a first visit looks like

The site walk is free and takes about an hour per floor. A coordinator counts toilet stalls rather than rooms, notes mounting surfaces and any existing hardware worth keeping, and records the access constraints that decide scheduling: loading-dock windows downtown, escorted entry in government and healthcare buildings, between-shift service at plants and warehouses. You get a per-washroom placement plan and a firm price within two business days, and if the numbers do not work there is no obligation and nothing installed. Where a portfolio spans several cities, the same walk repeats per building and the schedules differ per site.
