Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to prepare your quote, we use it for nothing else, and we never sell it. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you give us.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we ask for your facility type, washroom count, number of sites, city and province, your name, your work email, and any notes you choose to add. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email and message.
That is the full list. We do not ask for payment details, personal home addresses, or anything about individual washroom users. This website has no user accounts and no login.
Why we collect it
One purpose: preparing and following up on your quote. Washroom and site counts set the service frequency and price; your email is how we send the quote back; your city places you on a service route.
We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone. If you do not proceed with a quote, we have no further use for your details.
How it is stored and for how long
Form submissions are transmitted to our quote-handling inbox over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We keep quote requests for as long as needed to prepare, deliver and follow up on the quote, and for our business records if you become a customer.
If you want a submission deleted, ask through the contact form and we will remove it. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may also ask what information we hold about you and request corrections.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting traffic analytics in the future, this page will be updated first to say what is measured and how.
