About

An independent Canadian supplier, built around washrooms

Tampons.ca supplies and services feminine-care in Canadian facilities, bulk products, dispensers, sanitary disposal and restocking. Brand-neutral, bilingual, national.

01IndependentWe are the supplier, not a broker or marketplace. One accountable provider from product to route to record.
02Brand-neutralProducts are described by what they are, organic or conventional, format, capacity, never by whose logo is on the case.
03Canada-wideRoute service in 25 metros, scheduled supply everywhere else, including the North, coordinated with existing freight.
04DocumentedEvery visit filed per washroom, same day. Our paper trail is the product as much as the products are.

Why washrooms, specifically

Most facility suppliers treat the washroom as one stop on a long product list. We inverted that: the washroom is the whole business. Feminine-care provision, sanitary disposal, dispensers and restocking are one tightly coupled system. The dispenser is only as good as its restock schedule, the disposal bin only as good as its service cycle, and the compliance paper trail only as good as the logs behind it. Specialising lets us run that system properly instead of adequately.

It also changes who we hire and how routes run. Our technicians service washrooms all day, every day. They know why a bin placement fails an accessibility check and what a January gym surge does to a fill rate. That operational depth is not a marketing line; it is what shows up in the service log.

How the company is structured

We operate as one national organisation, not a franchise patchwork: the same service definitions, the same documentation format and the same bilingual standard from Victoria to St. John's. Route operations are regional, technicians live where they serve. While account management, scheduling and records run on one system. Multi-site customers see the effect directly: one contract, one invoice, per-site logs in one format, and no seams between provinces.

Independence matters in a market where several competitors are brokers reselling someone else's route. We are the operator. When a schedule needs to change, the person you email can change it. There is no third party to persuade.

What we choose not to do

No consumer sales, facilities only, because case quantities and route service are a different business from retail. No brand exclusivities. We specify products by what they are, and if a better line appears we can switch your programme without renegotiating anyone's marketing agreement. And no undocumented service: if a visit is not logged, our own operations treat it as not having happened. These constraints are the product. They are why a compliance audit at one of our accounts is a report to print rather than a scramble.
